#ONENATION: What You Need to Know about Public Charge

Trump is set to release a regulation that could endanger an immigrant's ability to get a green card if that person utilizes certain public assistance programs - but the regulation is not policy YET.

Here is how to talk to your community and family members about the program:

People who are utilizing critical programs such as Medicaid, food stamps, cash assistance, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Food and Nutrition programs - should continue to do so.

Join AAPI Progressive Action in submitting YOUR comment to the Department of Homeland Security to oppose the proposed public charge rule.
